How do I find my driver?

At the airport: If the pick-up location is an airport, the driver will meet you at exit No. 2 of the arrivals area after you have passed passport control and collected your baggage, as indicated on the voucher/booking confirmation. Important note: The driver will meet you with a sign displaying your first and last name, as specified during the booking. Hotel – lobby: If the pick-up location is a hotel, the driver will wait in the lobby or by reception. Specific address: The driver will be at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
