Important note: The driver will meet you with a sign displaying your first and last name, as specified during the booking. Hotel – lobby: If the pick-up location is a hotel, the driver will wait in the lobby or by reception. Specific address: The driver will be at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time.
I cannot find my driver. What should I do?

How can I confirm if my booking has been successfully processed?

Is my transfer a shared or individual ride?

What will the car be like?

The makes and models of the cars on the website are representative and may not match the photos shown. A car of a similar or higher class will be provided.
What is the car's capacity? How much luggage can fit in the car?

Each vehicle's capacity is indicated on our website. Luggage dimensions are specified as either big or standard, with (approximate) a width of 50 cm, height of 70 cm, and depth of 33 cm. Important Note: If you are traveling with oversized baggage, please notify us via email.
I will be carrying extra equipment besides my luggage (e.g. bicycle, baby stroller, oversized baggage.)

Do infants count as passengers when traveling with children?

Regardless of age, every child or infant is considered a passenger. Please ensure to account for this when entering the number of passengers during the booking process. You have the option to select the appropriate type of child seat needed when providing your booking details. Up to two child seats or boosters are included per ride. The available seat options are as follows: Child seat for an infant (0-1 year), Baby seat for 9kg – 18kg (1-4 years), Booster seat for 15kg – 36kg (4 – 8 years).
Travelling with animals.

Please contact us in advance if you are traveling with animals. Animal transport is regulated by law and requires a portable carrier and necessary medical certificates and documents. When booking, provide the dimensions of the animal's carrier so we can recommend a suitable car type. Important note: If any laws are violated, the driver can refuse the transfer. QTransfers may seek compensation for any vehicle damage during the trip.
Would it be possible to make a stop along the route or alter the planned route?

If a long stop or deviation from the planned route is necessary, the price of the stop can be discussed with the driver before the ride. The confirmed booking states the fixed price for a trip to the specified destination without additional stops or detours.
How can I modify my booking? (e.g., date, extra luggage, type of vehicle)

To modify your booking, please log in to your account and make the necessary changes online. If your booking was made without authorization, you can access it by clicking the "edit" button in the confirmation email you received. How can I cancel my booking?

To cancel your order, please click the “edit” button in the confirmation email you received or access your account and select “cancel order” at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you may cancel via email, phone, or WhatsApp by providing us with your transfer ID. Important Note: In cases of urgent cancellations, if you have paid by card in advance, we will not be able to refund the prepayment. If you cancel your booking at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled transfer, you will receive a full refund in the same way you paid for your booking within 10 banking days. Our cancellation policies are detailed on our website under the Terms and Conditions section.
I have left an item in one of the vehicles.

QTransfers is not responsible for any loss of personal items. Please ensure that you take all your personal belongings with you before leaving the vehicle. If you believe you have left something in one of our vehicles, contact us immediately at our emergency number, and we will assist you as best as possible. We will reach out to our driver, and if the item is found, we will arrange to return it to you. However, depending on the circumstances and the client's location, there may be an additional charge.
Will there be any additional charges on the calculated prices?

No, there aren’t. The prices that appear on our website are the final prices unless anything changes that causes the initial route to be amended.
Are there additional fees if my flight is delayed?

No, if your flight is delayed there is no extra charge.
Are the prices on your website valid year-round?

No, prices may change without prior notice depending on high and low seasons, so please make sure that you monitor the website for any price changes.
How can I pay my order?

We accept payments by cash, card or bank transfer. Our prices are displayed in euros.
Is it possible to make a payment as a legal entity?

Will I need to pay extra for waiting?

Airport: When booking a taxi transfer from the airport, the fare includes one hour of waiting from the time your flight arrives. Our driver will be at the meeting point 15 minutes after your plane arrives. For instance, if your flight arrives at 11am our driver will be at the airport at 11:15. If you do not arrive by 12:00, the driver may request an additional fee for waiting or leave if they attempt to contact you and receive no response. Please note that if you have already paid by card, your booking will not be refunded. Hotel or specific address: For transfer from a hotel or a specific location, the price includes 15 minutes of waiting from the scheduled pickup time. After this period, the driver may charge extra for waiting. If you do not inform us about any delay, the driver may leave, and if you paid by card, your booking will not be refunded.
Is the price per car or per passenger?

All prices listed on the website are per car, regardless of the number of passengers, as long as it does not exceed the vehicle’s capacity.
